HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary. The contest is open to all jewelry designers. Limited to 5 entries per person per contest. Enter on-line by simply clicking below to submit an entry email, include a digital photo of your entry design along with your name, address and contact information. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m.(cst) July 30th, 2009. All winners will be announced July 31st, 2009 on www.completebeads.com
THE PRIZES
Prizes will be:
(1) First Prize award consists of one (1) $300 total value of supplies and products provided by CompleteBeads.
(2) Second Prize award consists of of one (1) $100 total value of supplies and products provided by CompleteBeads.
(3) Third Prize award consists of one (1) $50 total value of supplies and products provided by CompleteBeads.
GENERAL
1. There will be one random drawing made for the First, Second and Third Prize. Drawing will be made by CompleteBeads on July 31, 2009 from all eligible entries received on or before July 30th, 2009.
2. If the selected winner of the any Prize is under the age of 18 the prize must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian on his/her behalf and comply with the contest rules.
3. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.
4. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, photo image and/or photograph in any publicity or Internet posting carried out by CompleteBeads.
5. The personal information you are providing to enter this contest will be used only to administer this contest unless otherwise clearly indicated.
