We Ship to You, Wherever You Are
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, all items ship promptly within 24-48 hours of the first business day after the order is placed.
Within USA
Within USA, we ship by United States Postal Service. Our shipping rate is a flat rate based on your order total. Orders with a total less than $50 will be sent USPS first class for a $2.50 shipping charge. Orders exceeding $50 will be sent USPS Priority for a $5.00 shipping charge. The shipping charge will be calculated and added to your order through checkout.
International Orders
For international shipments, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. International orders are sent via US Postal Service Post Air mail. Orders with a total less than $50 will be sent USPS first class for a $2.50 shipping charge. Orders exceeding $50 will be sent USPS first class for a $5.00 shipping charge. The shipping charge will be calculated and added to your order through checkout

At this time, we accept online cheques, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards processed securely through your selection of PayPal or Authorized Net. Addidtionally, Within USA, personal cheques, as well as cashiers cheques and money orders are also welcome. Personal cheques may take up to 2 weeks to clear; therefore, merchandise will not be shipped until after your check has been cleared. Return Policy
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased from CompleteBeads, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
